Refund & Returns Policy – Hugo Sollutions

At Hugo Sollutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice. Certain items such as earphones, headphones, and hygiene-related products cannot be returned once opened, unless defective. Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

Contact us at care@hugosollutions.com or +91 8450981622 within 7 days of delivery. Share your order details, reason for return, and if applicable product images or videos. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for pickup or self-shipping. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method such as UPI, card, net banking, or wallet. If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made to your bank account or UPI ID. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will send a free replacement at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at care@hugosollutions.com. If already shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return.

6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance, opened or used personal electronics accessories such as earphones and wearable devices for hygiene reasons, and items damaged after delivery due to improper use are not eligible for return.
